Good

Good location, only a short walk to the main part of town. Comfortable beds.

Gaps around the doors meant that mosquitos could fly in to the room. Broken chairs and loungers around the pool. Lots of events for the public in the hotel during our stay which were busy and noisy.

Very calm and relaxing environment, lots of green areas. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant is good and the personnel friendly. I definitely recommend staying here.

Ok hotel. In need of renovations.

Hotel and restaurant staff were very kind.

Very old bathroom that didn’t match pictures. Reservation said my “meal plan” was MX 180 for breakfast, but the hotel did not respect the price and charged us almost twice. Bed linen and mattress were very old and not comfortable.

We found the hotel looking at their junior suites. Unfortunately, we could only book a standard room. The standard room has not been renovated but is straight out of the 80/90s. After 1 night we were able to switch to a junior suite, which I can highly recommend. It is very spacious and new. The beds in the junior are moveable, so we could push it to the wall for the kids not to fall out. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The pool and the garden of the hotel have soooo much potential. Seems like both areas need a little more attention.

There is no fridge in the rooms.

A perfect oasis...especially for families!

It was the perfect oasis right in the city. The staff were very friendly, and professional. The grounds were well-maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was inviting and perfect for families. Overall, just perfect, especially for families. We felt welcomed and safe.

Comfortable room, but could do with modernisation

We stayed here are we add an extra night in Oaxaca and we wanted to stay somewhere with a pool. The room was very comfortable with two big double beds and you can walk into town. It’s also very close to the ADO terminal if you have a trip out of Oaxaca.

The hotel in general is pretty dated and is in need of a renovation. It was like going back in time in some areas.

Wonderful

room was spacious with ac and balcony, beds were comfortable, location is quiet and walking distance to city centre. it is surrounded with trees and is very nice. breakfast is selfservice mexican or menu, they made us vegetarian eggs and were delicious! stuff was kind. we recommend

The hotel is really nice. Rooms are wide and comfortable. Restaurant is good. Due to climatical conditions, adding a mini freezer may be a great idea.

The cleaning room person was not easy to talk to. The pool had no towels available and did not bring them after an hour. The service hours of the pool bar are not suitable for enjoying the pool and a drink, it closes to early...

Hotel grounds with all these trees and bushes. Pleasant place. Decent room.

We got a room just next to a noise road but I think it is a price that you need to pay when you book a room via booking.com.

Wonderful

We liked our room, we had two double beds which were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

The pool was a bit difficult to get into and out of. It was also a bit slippery around the edge of the pool. There weren't always enough pool towels. The situation isn't great. It's about 20 - 25 minutes walk to the centre.

The breakfast was decent but the dinner was pretty disappointing. We asked for two rooms close by and the hotel didn't do so. Staff were great, bigger property than expected.
