Lo spazio verde molto ampio che circonda le strutture, la tranquillità, l'attenzione e la cortesia del personale, la vicinanza al centro storico e ai due quartieri più attrattivi (Jalatlaco e Xochimilco). Buono il ristorante e la colazione. Molto buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo.
La piscina potrebbe essere tenuta meglio, l'acqua non era pulitissima. In alcune parti la struttura alberghiera mostra i segni del tempo: il bagno della mia camera era ampio ma vecchiotto e così pure il mobilio della stanza.
